Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump spoke by phone following Putin's annual press conference in Moscow.

The leaders agreed to share information and possible initiatives over the settlement of conflict on Korean peninsula, said spokesperson for Russian President Dmitry Peskov, iz.ru reported.

According to Peskov, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump have agreed to strengthen contacts with North Korea and share information and possible initiatives in this regard.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump had a telephone conversation on November 15, during which they discussed bilateral relations and North Korean crisis. President Trump thanked President Putin for acknowledging America’s strong economic performance in his annual press conference on November 14.
