President Nicos Anastasiades received the representatives of the Armenian community of Cyprus.

And Catholicos Aram I of the Armenian Church Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia—in Antelias, Lebanon—of the Armenian Apostolic Church was among the VIP guests, according to Cyprus Mail newspaper of the country.

In addition, Aram I awarded the Cypriot president with the Cilician Prince Medal of the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia.

Prior to the awarding of this decoration, however, Catholicos Aram I and President Anastasiades had a talk.

And following this meeting, they attended an Armenian cultural evening at the presidential event hall.
