North Korea does not agree to discuss its nuclear program with the US, the North Korean daily Rodong Sinmun reported.

According to the source, the US initiative to negotiate without preconditions should be considered as an attempt to prepare a UN Security Council resolution on sanctions against the North Korea.

As reported earlier, the US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson offered to begin talks with North Korea without pre-conditions, but only after a “period of quiet” without new nuclear or missile tests.
