The United Nations (UN) Security Council on Friday issued a statement strongly condemning the Houthi insurgents’ ballistic missile attack toward Riyadh on Tuesday, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.    

In addition, the Security Council members expressed concern by the Houthis’ plans to continue their attacks on Saudi Arabia.

A confrontation between the government forces and the Houthi insurgents continue in Yemen ever since August 2014.
