Saudi Arabia has transferred detainees from Ritz-Carlton to the most high security prison Al-Ha’ir, south of Riyadh, Al-Araby Al-Jadeed reported.

According to the source, at least 60 detainees were transferred to prison. The prisoners include Saudi Prince Al-Waleed Bin Tatal, Prince Turki Bin Abdullah and a number of other government officials. Saudi prosecutor's office noted those who refused to make financial payments for their release would be brought to trial.

The Saudi authorities detained nearly 200 princes and senior officials in an investigation by a new anti-corruption committee last year. According to the Crown Prince, 95% of the detainees agreed to pay for the release, transferring part of their assets to the authorities of damages caused, which has reached $ 100 billion in recent years.
