The “Russia-Artsakh Friendship Association” NGO has been founded in Russia.

This NGO has set itself the objective of development of dialogue between the peoples of Russia and the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR).

The main domains of this NGO’s activities will be the development of Russian-Artsakh cooperation and the strengthening friendship between the Russian and the Artsakh peoples.

To strengthen relations between Russia and the NKR, this NGO plans to collaborate with state and regional authorities as well as other NGOs.
