YEREVAN. – There are no major changes in the foreign policy and the statements of Azerbaijan.

Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Movses Hakobyan, on Monday told the aforesaid to reporters at Yerablur Military Pantheon in capital city Yerevan.

He noted this commenting on the Azerbaijani president’s recent statement that they will “return” to Yerevan and Armenia’s Zangezur.

“There are no major changes in Azerbaijan’s foreign policy, statements,” Hakobyan said when asked whether such statements are calls for starting a large-scale war. “Since 1995, they [Azerbaijanis] ‘drank tea’ in [Karabakh’s] Shushi, ‘fished’ in [Armenia’s Lake] Sevan; they had the [respective] wish, but it doesn’t mean anything.”
