STEPANAKERT. – President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Bako Sahakyan, on Monday held a working consultation devoted to the implementation of several socioeconomic programs in the country.

Special attention was paid to the reconstruction of Talish village—which Azerbaijani military forces had attacked in April 2016, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Heads of the relative agencies delivered corresponding reports.

President Sahakyan, for his part, gave specific instructions toward the proper carrying out of the matters that were discussed.

Artsakh Minister of State Arayik Haroutyunyan, and some other officials took part in the consultation.
