There is no other way to resolve the crisis in Syria than to strengthen the central government in Damascus. 

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani stated the aforesaid during his talk with French Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development Jean-Yves Le Drian, in Tehran, RIA Novosti news agency of Russia reported citing the website of the Iranian presidential staff.

Also, Rouhani noted that terrorism is not completely eliminated in Syria, and it threatens other countries.
