The European Commission proposed to introduce 25% tariffs on imports from the US, Bloomberg reported.

According to the source, the EU intends to impose tariffs following US President Donald Trump’s decision to impose customs tariffs on steel and aluminum imports.

The list of targeted goods includes steel, jeans, shoes, motorcycles, rice, bourbon and orange juice.

The EU is going to impose a duty on American goods targeting € 2.8 billion.
