Russian, Iran and Turkey met in Astana on Thursday to discuss the Syrian settlement, Deputy of UN Special Envoy for Syria, Ramzy Ezzeldin Ramzy told RIA Novosti.
“So far only bilateral meetings are being held,” the diplomat said.
Expert consultations precede Russian, Iranian and Turkish Foreign Ministers meeting in Astana, scheduled for Friday.
