Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has received another award in Kuwait and did not miss an opportunity to sharply criticize Israel.

The Muslim Council of His Highness Sheikh Fahad Al-Ahmed awarded Erdogan with an “Honorary Muslim” prize, Haberturk website reports.

Erdogan criticized Israel, calling the military operation against the “Freedom Flotilla” a piracy.

He stressed Turkey cannot remain silent when Israel is engaged in piracy in the Mediterranean Sea, killing 9 Turkish brothers.

During his visit to Kuwait, Erdogan met with Prime Minister of Kuwait and Speaker of Parliament. The meeting with the Sheik of Kuwait was cancelled due to the latter’s health problems.
