STEPANAKERT.- Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan convoked on Tuesday a working consultation devoted to a range of socioeconomic projects to be implemented in the republic.
The President gave concrete instructions to the heads of the concerned bodies for proper solution of the discussed issues.
State minister Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials partook in the consultation.
