YEREVAN. – The National Assembly of Armenia on Thursday passed—with 62 votes in favor and 31 against—the bill on the ratification of the country’s Additional Financing of the Irrigation System Enhancement Project loan agreement with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD).
Pursuant to this draft law, Armenia will receive $2 million in additional funding from the IBRD, and whereby 150 km of waterline will be constructed in the country.
