YEREVAN. – Second President Robert Kocharyan congratulated Serzh Sargsyan on his election and subsequent appointment as the Prime Minister of Armenia, informed 2rd.am.

Kocharyan had a telephonic conversation with Sargsyan.

Ex-President Serzh Sargsyan was elected Prime Minister at Tuesday’s National Assembly special session, and by a vote of 77 for and 18 against.
