YEREVAN.- Armenian President Armen Sarkissian issued a decree today, appointing Edward Nalbandian Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia on the basis of the proposal of the Prime Minister, the press service of the President’s Office reported.

Earlier it was reported that ex-Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan has been appointed First Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia. Vache Gabrielyan and Armen Gevorgyan have been appointed Deputy Prime Ministers.
