The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the terror attack in Kabul on Monday, AFP reported. 

According to the source, at least 25 people were killed and 50 injured as the result of two blasts.

As reported earlier, the first blast was detonated by the terrorist on a motorcycle, while the second explosion came minutes after the first and targeted reporters at the scene.

Seven journalists and AFP chief photographer Shah Marai were among those killed.
