Armenia and Azerbaijan have expressed willingness to hold talks based on the Madrid Principles, but we should not be guided by stereotypes, Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan told reporters in Stepanakert.
“We must realize that the goal is not to hold talks, but to solve the problem,” he said.
Pashinyan added that “we have to seek effective tools” to solve the problem.
