North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Tuesday stated that his summit in Singapore with US President Donald Trump is a “prelude for peace,” according to RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.

“We overcame all kinds of skepticism and speculations about this summit, and I believe that this is good for the peace,” he said, reported The Associated Press (AP). “I believe this is a good prelude for peace.”
