YEREVAN.- Armenian President Armen Sarkissian  signed a decree on the release of Vrej Arzumanyan from the post of deputy head of the National Security Service.

By another decree, Aram Hakobyan and Arzuman Harutyunyan were appointed deputy heads of the National Security Service.
