Armenian National Congress (ANC) will participate in early parliamentary elections, the deputy chairman of the Armenian National Congress party Aram Manukyan told reporters on Monday.
According to him, the ANC is the most pragmatic, intellectual and best political force in Armenia.
"I do not see forthcoming elections without the ANC," the politician said, adding that their party must surely be in the parliament, due to its impartiality.
