The Defense Minister of Israel, Avigdor Lieberman, has canceled visit to the Azerbaijani capital city of Baku.

The Azerbaijani media report that the Israeli minister was to attend the military parade devoted to the centennial of Azerbaijani Armed Forces, and which is slated for June 26.

Iranian Defense Minister Amir Hatami also was invited to Baku to be on hand at this event. And upon learning about Hatami’s visit, Lieberman canceled his trip to Azerbaijan.
