YEREVAN. – The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia on Wednesday prepared a protocol to issue a mandate to Hrant Davtyan who is in the proportional list of the Tsarukyan bloc.
Earlier, Tsarukyan alliance MP Meruzhan Simonyan submitted the statement to the chair of the parliament Ara Babloyan to discard his mandate.
