A shooting occurred in the office of Capital Gazette newspaper in Maryland, The Baltimore Sun reported.
According to a Gazette crime reporter, multiple people had been shot. Police confirmed there was an active shooter.
Police said the building was being evacuated as officers continue searching it.
According to CNN, the suspected shooter has been detained.
