YEREVAN. – Eduard Babayan, head of the security service of Prosperous Armenia Party leader and tycoon MP Gagik Tsarukyan, has been detained.

Sona Truzyan, adviser to chairman of the Investigative Committee, told about the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

She noted that Babayan was detained on suspicion of causing bodily injuries during an incident that occurred on Monday.

He is suspected of deliberately causing serious damage to health.
