A state commission and a special expert commission were set up in Azerbaijan to investigate the causes of the accident at one of the stations of the Mingacevir power plant that provoked massive blackout in the country.
The commission is headed by the director of the Institute of Physics Nazik Mammadov.
According to Azerbaijani media, Vice PM Yagub Eyubov said the accident affected the operation of the state facilities.
