STEPANAKERT. – Former commander of Artsakh Defense Army Samvel Babayan has recently met with the President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan.

Artsakh president’s spokesperson Davit Babayan confirmed the reports for Armenian News-NEWS.am. He said the situation on the line of contact and other issues were discussed.
