A 32-year-old Armenian man died in Saint Petersburg Tuesday, July 10, reports Moika78.ru.

He died when being detained by the police. They were patrolling the area when the noticed an inadequate looking half-naked man running along the road wearing shorts and socks.

The police urged him to step away to the sidewalk after which the man started running away. The passing road police helped the other policemen block the man. When crossing his arms on his back the man stopped breathing. The attempt to help was in vain and the arrived ambulance reported death. The dead Armenian man lived in Saint Petersburg in a rent-house without official registration.
