A patient has died at a hospital in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia, and a criminal case has been launched into this incident.
The Investigative Committee informed that a call was received, on Tuesday at 4:50pm, from a Yerevan hospital that a 42-year-old woman had died during surgery.
But considering that the respective reports contained elements of a crime, a criminal case was launched into this death.
An investigation is underway.
A forensic medical examination has been commissioned.
