YEREVAN.- Arsen Kharatyan resigned from the position of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's Advisor.
On his Facebook page, he metioned two reasons of his intention to resign.
The first reason is that his family is living in Tbilisi and for various reasons will be there at least until summer 2019.
And the second reason is a personal one.
