YEREVAN. – Large investments are needed for the construction of Iran-Armenia railway, and the government has no such funds today, Armenian Transport Minister Ashot Hakobyan told reporters.
“If there is a beneficial proposal in relation to the conditions under which the initiative is implemented or to the provisions of the treaty, we will definitely accept it and we will give greenlight,” he said.
