YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on Tuesday received Thomas Greminger, Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

First, Mnatsakanyan noted that Armenia values the OSCE as an important regional platform, and said cooperation with this organization has a significant place on the foreign policy agenda of the country, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. Also, the FM stressed Armenia’s readiness to continue collaboration with the OSCE.

At the ensuing talk, the interlocutors exchanged views on cooperation programs between the OSCE Secretariat and the Armenian MFA.

Separately, Mnatsakanyan presented the recent political developments in Armenia, and pointed to the priorities of the country’s new government.

In addition, Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger discussed the latest developments with respect to the process toward resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) conflict. In this connection, they stressed the importance of achieving solely a pacific settlement of the conflict, and within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.
