YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will visit France, on Friday and Saturday.

Tigran Balayan, spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia, said the abovementioned at Wednesday’s press briefing.

In Paris, Pashinyan is scheduled to meet with French President Emmanuel Macron, and the Armenian community of France. 

Balayan noted that the agenda of the PM’s visit to France is extensive.

“We [Armenia] have special relations with France,” he added. “Cooperation is developing in all domains.”

Also, the MFA spokesperson stressed the French Armenian community’s special role in the development of bilateral relations.

He recalled that decentralized cooperation is actively developing, and about forty agreements have been signed between Armenia and France.

Tigran Balayan added that in October, the French president will pay a state visit to Armenia.
