YEREVAN. – Nine members of the Tsarukyan faction voted for the premiership of Serzh Sargsyan and Prosperous Armenia was a part of the coalition government with the Republican Party of Armenia, head of Yelq faction Lena Nazaryan said.

Her comment came in response to yesterday’s statement of mayoral candidate Naira Zohrabyan claiming that the relatives of former president Serzh Sargsyan and his son-in-law Mikael Minasyan are included in the proportional list of “My Step” bloc.

Lena Nazaryan confirmed the inclusion of Mikael Minasyan’s godchild in the list and rushed to criticize Naira Zohrabyan, saying that she “was one of those deputies who voted to impose the state of emergency in March 2008”.

“After all they still accuse us of any kind of cooperation with the Republican Party of Armenia. At the same time, I believe that we should all record Zohrabyan's statements that the former presidents Robert Kocharian and Serzh Sargsyan do not exist for them, and I hope that this next statement that was made on their part will really be the last one,” she emphasized.

Candidate from “My Step” bloc Hayk Marutyan in the contrary denied that their list includes people having any relation to Sargsyan and Minasyan.
