YEREVAN. – The situation on the line of contact is calm and stabke, Artsakh Defense Army chief Levon Mnatsakanyan told reporters on Friday.
“There are certain violations, of course, shots are fired from small-caliber weapons. There are no shots from large-caliber weapons,” Mnatsakanyan said.
The Karabakh army responds to the violations if necessary, he said, adding that there has been no incident when the army failed to respond.
“However, we respond to targeted shots,” he added.
