The question of the rotation of the CSTO Secretary General remains open, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tigran Balayan told reporters on Wednesday.
Asked to comment whether the Armenian side has new candidacy, Balayan says Armenia will nominate its candidacy when principle of change and timing are clearly defined.
"Now principles of rotation are being discussed,” Tigran Balayan added.
