A sculpture to 140 Armenian martyrs who were killed during the war against Iraq was placed in Tehran.

The ceremony which was held with presence of a number of Iranian officials and the Armenian people of Tehran was held to thank the role of Armenians in defending the country during the war in 1980-88, IRNA reported.
