The EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Peter Semneby, will address the OSCE Permanent Council on Thursday.

Semneby is expected to discuss international community efforts to resolve conflicts and promote the consolidation of democracy and rule of law with respect to Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
