Azerbaijani MP Qudret Hesenquliyev blamed Russia for “occupation of Azerbaijani lands”. He expressed his extraordinary opinion at the meeting of Milli Mejlis/Azerbaijani National Assembly.

“Russia is the one those who occupied our lands”, Hesenquliyev declared and suggested drafting a bill on the occupied lands.

 “They often say Azerbaijan cannot cope with Armenia. Our lands were occupied by Russia. No matter how much we increase our military potential, we cannot liberate our lands as long as Russia provides military assistance to Armenia. Meanwhile, the military cooperation of these two countries can result in losing more lands”, MP declared.
