YEREVAN.- Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pahsinyan is negotiating with the MPs for more than an hour.

According to the correspondent of Armenian News - NEWS.am, so far no one left the office where the negotiations are taking place. 

Earlier in the day the Armenian parliament pushed through controversial bill on rules of procedure with 67 votes ‘for’ ’. Armenian PM called on the citizens to gather in Baghramyan Avenue and surround the building of the parliament.
