Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan took part in the opening ceremony of the reconstructed school No. 9 after Hovhannes Tumanyan, the Artsakh President’s press service reported.
The President expressed gratitude to the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund and philanthropist Gerald Turpanjian for financing and carrying out capital reconstruction and repair works.
Bako Sahakyan highlighted the importance of having educational institutions that meet modern standards and their consistent modernization, calling it a pledge of raising the level of education.
