Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan told the aforementioned to reporters, after Thursday’s Cabinet session of the government of Armenia.

And when asked whether he agreed with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that the current stable situation is because of his brief conversation recently with Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev, Tonoyan responded: “We have received an instruction not to target and to maintain the ceasefire regime, and we are implementing that.”
