YEREVAN. – Yelq parliamentary group has been always ready for talks, both during the revolution and the election of Nikol Pashinyan, head of Yelq parliamentary group Lena Nazaryan told reporters.

She considers it important that political forces should declare clearly whether they plan to nominate their candidate for the post of a PM or whether they agree that early parliamentary elections should be held in December.

“Of course, this happened on October 2, and it was a fraud against the goals of the Armenian government,” she said referring to the amendments to parliament’s regulations that were adopted last week.

The Republican Party of Armenia has to be one of the first to give a clear response whether they are going to nominate a candidate after PM resigns.

Len Nazaryan said they had not voiced any threats against political forces, but there is a call to assess the situation soberly.

“If they are nominated, they should understand that they are rocking the boat where they are sitting . This can have very serious consequences,” she added.
