STEPANAKERT. – I would not like to set apart my visit to Artsakh as a regular official visit.

Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian on Monday stated the aforementioned at a briefing with reporters at the Fine Arts Museum of Shushi, in the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Artsakhpress reported.

“Every time coming to Artsakh, I discover it anew,” the Armenian president said, in particular. “This time I visited with my wife, and participated in the (…) Harvest Holiday.

“[And] being at the Fine Arts Museum of Shushi, (…) I want to say that this is a structure of architectural value.”

President Sarkissian commented also on his talk with Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan, and stressed that, as every time, they had discussed a wide range of matters this time too.

“We spoke about the domestic politics of Artsakh, situation at the border [with Azerbaijan], as well as numerous practical issues,” the President of Armenia added. “We reflected also on the upcoming activities by the Hayastan [(Armenia)] All Armenian Fund.”
