YEREVAN.- The session of the Association of Secretaries General of Parliaments (ASGP) of the Inter-Parliamentary Union is held on October

15-18 in Geneva, where the  Armenia's National Assembly Chief of Staff-Secretary General Ara Saghatelyan takes part.
The issues concerning the provision of transparency of the activity of the parliament, using modern technology in the staffs, using modern technologies, parliament-government dialogue, and the legal and administrative procedures.

Within the scope of the works of the session the  Armenia's National Assembly Chief of Staff-Secretary General Ara Saghatelyan had a number of bilateral meetings, including the Secretaries General of the parliaments of Georgia and Ukraine coordinating with the parliament of the Republic of Armenia. In the course of the meeting the item of holding the Workshop of the Secretaries General of Parliaments for the exchange of working experience in Yerevan on December 6-7 was reaffirmed, where among the other agenda items the innovations and the progressive experience implemented during recent years in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia would also be presented. The Secretary General of PACE Wojciech Sawicki expressed his readiness to take part in the Workshop.
