At least 62 civilians were killed in Syria as a result of three new airstrikes by the US-led international coalition, SANA reported.

The airstrikes hit al-Suseh and al-Bubadran villages in al-Bukmal region, in Deir Ezzor southern countryside.

Civil sources told SANA that over the past 24 hours, aircrafts of the US-led coalition launched airstrikes on al-Alyat area in Al-Suseh village, al-Boukamal countryside, claiming the lives of 15 civilians—mostly women and children.

The source added that 37 civilians were also killed and dozens were injured in the airstrikes of the coalition raids on the mosque of Othman bin Affan.

According to the sources, the third airstrike by the US-led coalition targeted Ammar bin Yasser mosque in al-Boubadran village, claiming the lives of 10 civilians and wounding others.
