According to the results of Tuesday’s voting at the session of the National Assembly (NA), attorney Vahe Grigoryan has not been elected as a judge of the Constitutional Court (CC) of Armenia.

According to preliminary information, solely 54 MPs participated in the respective NA voting, whereas 63 votes in favor are required for the election of a CC member.

This is the third time that the parliament has failed to elect a CC judge.
