Armenian-Russian relations are on the rise, the adviser to the Russian president, economist Sergey Glazyev, told reporters in Yerevan on Tuesday.
He expressed satisfaction with the fact that Armenia found itself in the Eurasian Economic Union as a country with a dynamically developing economy and with very talented people.
“Today, cooperative ties that were laid back in the Soviet period are being reanimated, and the scientific and technical potential that has been preserved in Armenia helps Russian partners to restore production on a modern technological basis,” Glazyev said adding that Armenia will feel comfortable in the Eurasian Economic Union.
