YEREVAN. – There has never been such a high level of trust in Armenian-Russian relations, as we have today.
Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who has been nominated for the post of PM of Armenia, on Wednesday noted the above-said at parliament.
“There has never been such a level of mutual trust with our European partners,” he added. “The visit of a high-ranking US delegation [to Armenia] is expected tomorrow, and I’m confident that we will reach the same result there too. The [respective] secret is as follows: [Is] the government representing its people, or not[?]”
The acting PM noted, however, that this does not mean that all matters on Armenia’s foreign policy agenda are resolved.
“[But] one matter is resolved: they perceive us [Armenia] as a partner; and we are sincere, open in relations with our partners,” Nikol Pashinyan added. “[But] there are, of course, snags which we need to discuss, try to resolve.”
