Sasna Tsrer is creating a party in Karabakh, the extended initiative group on the creation of the Artsakh Sasna Tsrer party said in a statement.

The group, which is going to organize a constituent congress of the party on November 17 determined structure and functions of the initiative group as well as obligations of members of the initiative group on organizing the congress and attracting new party members.

Members of the group also exchanged views on the party’s program and the content of the main provisions of the draft statutes.
